The process begins with the initial Concept Design, where we decide on the design requirements for the space in question, including the use case, design theme, colour palette and choice of materials. Based on these requirements, we will then create a full 3D Design of the space, as well as initial floorplan, furniture plan and ceiling plan.

Once the client is happy with the Concept Design, we will then complete the detailed technical design specifications for the space that Contractors will use to execute their work. This will normally include Plan, Section and Elevation drawings, Electrical plans, and Cabinetry specifications as required. Once the detailed design specs are finalized, an estimated cost can be obtained for the project execution.

We provide full turn-key project management which includes the full co-ordination, management and delivery of the completed space. We will manage all contractors, product and service providers, logistics, timelines and the overall costs against budget on a continuous basis to ensure the space is delivered timeously, as per design and within budget.
